Refund & Return Policy

At Silkorra, your satisfaction matters. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Physical products (clothing, shoes, perfume):

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Perfumes must be unopened and sealed for hygiene and safety reasons.
• To start a return, email us at adeel.fida143@gmail.com with your order number.

Digital products:

• Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
• If you face a technical issue with your download, contact us and we'll fix it.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
